It wasn't an emergency, but they came round the same day I had called them. They did a great job (can't believe how quickly they sorted everything) and were polite, friendly and very helpful. They even did an extra job I needed, despite me not having previously mentioned it. And there was none of the 'cash only' nonsense you often get in Cardiff. They finished the work, drove away and emailed me an invoice later. What a relief to have found such a professional contractor at last. I will certainly use them again. I have had the pleasure of knowing Mike and Luke for a little while now. They have done a few jobs for me changing light fittings, putting in a new electric shower etc. This weekend gone we went away and came back to a disaster! The electrics in the kitchen had gone off and all our food had to be chucked out as it had all gone off! I messaged Mike on the Sunday evening and Luke showed up on Monday to sort the problem out. He was meticulous and thorough with his work. He is extremely professional and very polite. Luke found the source of the problem and fixed it without any problems. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Mike and Luke. They are absolutely fantastic

We’ve used Reliable Electricians over the years for dozens of jobs throughout our house including a recent installation of outdoor spotlights. They’re always highly professional and the work is always top quality. I wouldn’t consider going anywhere else for my electrical work.

Many thanks to Michael and Luke who completely rewired our new property. They were really flexible in their approach, nothing was too much trouble. It wasn’t the cheapest quote we had but we chose them as we’d heard such good things about their work. We’re extremely happy and would highly recommend them to our family and friends.

Reliable Electricians were recommended by our builder, we were having a new kitchen extension and I was unsure of what lighting would compliment it. Mike and Luke made a few suggestions which were all much better than anything I could’ve imagined. We’re so pleased with all the help they gave us and what we chose in the end.
Absolutely delighted that the boys were able to put right a huge mess made by another so called electrician/builder. We intend on having further work done and would use again without hesitation.

Excellent workmanship, very reasonably priced, punctual and friendly. Work carried out quickly and efficiently and all mess tidied up. Flexibility offered to us surrounding start times due to our little girl. Michael responded to our call for help late on a Monday afternoon and was onsite within 30 minutes. He did a great job and didn’t even criticise my botched DIY attempt which led to me calling him in the first place! We have his card and will use him again. Preferably before I blow the fuse box up next time! Recommended tradesman.
Contacted as an emergency, and made as good as could be expected on the day – needed major rewire. Friendly, efficient, and upfront about costs. Was more than happy for major work to be carried out while I was on holiday, and was delighted with results. We live in a 1920s house with notorious black mortar dust, and the place was spotless when we got back, The plastering where the wires had been sunk in the wall was also great which has saved another job as thought we’d have to re-plaster! 100% recommend.
